FP250 Floating Boathouse

A unique stay on Lough Erne.

This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard.

The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed.  A travel cot can included upon request.

There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge.  Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included).


There is a full shower room.

Our newest house boat the FP310 combines functional living with unrivalled views of Lough Erne. 

It comprises an open plan kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed, bathroom, double bedroom and small single room ideal for kids. 

The space is sympathetically furnished and is perfect for a cosy getaway right on Lough Erne. 

You will have your own outdoor area complete with picnic table and charcoal bbq (fuel not inc)
